5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus has a specific validity period, which will be stated in the offer.
• Bonus cash is non-transferable.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically approved.
• Violating bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• ek555 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Playing games using automated bots, software, or other technical means.
• Creating multiple accounts or managing accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other players.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward ek555 staff.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Our Authority

ek555 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time for any reason, particularly in cases of Terms violations. The member will be notified by email in such cases.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
